This is lesson 4 of a 10 part series of building Emotional Resilience.

Managing stress is not always an easy thing to do, but here are some helpful tips on how to manage it better:

Mindfulness is a great tool to reduce stress, and Annette walks you through a simple mindfulness activity.   If you feel like stress and anxiety are taking over your life, it might be time to reach out for help. There is no shame in asking for help! Managing stress can help you better cope with anxiety and improve the quality of your life. Managing stress will also leave more time for what matters most to you.
